A full disc of light
The circle is rolled in one piece: no corner, no joint showing anywhere on the rim. The fabric is stretched across it as a single surface and gives the same light from the centre out to the edge.
The same frame, rolled
The aluminium profile is curved, then lacquered. The colour neither yellows nor flakes. The fabric clips into the groove all around and comes out without a tool.
One large disc lights a whole room
Past 1.50 m across, the disc no longer adds to the lighting: it replaces it. One is enough for a meeting room, an open-plan office or a large living room, with no other spotlight. The diffused light casts no hard shadow on faces.
Fixed to the ceiling or suspended
The disc fixes to the ceiling or hangs on cables. Up to 400 cm across in one piece; the 220 V supply comes with it and dimming is available on request.
French craftsmanship
Every piece leaves our own workshop: the wood is picked board by board, the steel is TIG-welded then painted, and final assembly is done by hand. No production runs: your piece is made for you, to order.
Delivery anywhere in France, fitting optional
We deliver anywhere in mainland France by carrier: the price depends on your town, the weight and the size, and appears on the product page as soon as you enter your postcode. The piece travels under blankets, with no throw-away packaging, and we agree a precise time slot with you. The piece arrives ready, with its notes. If you would rather the workshop delivered and fitted it itself, choose that on the product page: the price depends on the distance from Saumur, and it all happens in a single trip.

Frequently asked questions
What are the lead and delivery times?
Each piece is made to order. The time is shown on the piece's own page, on the “Lead time” line: from 3 to 12 weeks depending on the model — a chair leaves sooner than a staircase. Then comes delivery across mainland France with assembly included; we propose a precise slot as soon as your piece is ready.
Can the lead time be shorter?
Some steps cannot be rushed: drying the timber, welding, painting, finishing. We can sometimes bring an order forward depending on the workshop schedule — call us and we will tell you where we stand.
Can I order custom dimensions?
Yes. For tables and railings, enter your dimensions on the product page: the price appears at once and you can order online. For a particular shape, a timber outside our range or a piece priced on quote, write to us: we adapt the model and price it.
How does payment work?
Pieces from the collection are paid in full by card when you order, and your invoice is sent automatically. For made-to-measure work quoted individually (staircase, steel partition, sculpture), the payment terms are set out on the quote. Backlit stretch ceilings, including at your own dimensions, are ordered and paid online like the rest of the collection.
How do I care for a wood & steel piece?
A soft dry cloth day to day. For oiled wood, re-apply hardwax oil once a year; scratches sand out lightly. Painted steel wipes clean with a damp sponge — no abrasives.
What we are trying to do
To make pieces in steel and solid wood that can still be sanded, re-welded and repainted in thirty years, rather than replaced.
