These terms govern browsing and use of the auboiacier.fr website. By using the site you accept them. Sales made through the site are governed separately by the terms of sale.

1. The site and its publisher
auboiacier.fr is the website of the Auboiacier studio in Saumur (Maine-et-Loire, France). It presents the studio's work, gives an instant price for certain pieces, lets you request a quote or an appointment, and lets you order online. Full details of the publisher and host are in the legal notice.
2. Access to the site
The site is free to use, with no account required, for anyone with internet access. We do our best to keep it available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or outages, without notice or compensation. Connection costs are yours. You must not disrupt the site, scrape its content automatically or misuse its forms.
3. Prices, instant quote and information
Prices shown by the instant quote are those at which the piece can be ordered online, under the terms of sale. Product pages, photos and option renderings illustrate the pieces as faithfully as possible: wood and steel are living materials, so real shades and grain vary slightly. An estimate given by email following the form binds the studio only once it becomes a written, accepted quote.
4. Intellectual property
The Auboiacier name, the texts, photographs, drawings, renderings, videos, logos and layout of the site, and the furniture, railing, lighting and sculpture designs shown on it, are the property of Auboiacier or used under licence. They are protected by French intellectual property law. You may browse the site and print pages for strictly private use. Any other reproduction, display, adaptation or reuse — of a photo, a text, a piece's design — without prior written consent is prohibited and may lead to legal action. 5. What you send us
By attaching photos or plans to a request, you warrant that you hold the rights to them and you allow us to use them to study and carry out your project, and for nothing else. You undertake not to send unlawful content, nor data about third parties without their consent. The site publishes no user content.
6. Liability
Information on the site is provided with care but may contain errors or omissions; we correct them as soon as we become aware of them. Auboiacier cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the site's unavailability, an obvious display error, a fault in your equipment or connection, or use of the site contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
7. Links
The site links to third-party services: Stripe's payment page, the CNIL, the European online dispute resolution platform, our social media pages. Those sites have their own terms and policies; we do not control their content and are not responsible for it. You may link to the home page or any page of the site, provided you do not display it in a frame, do not suggest a partnership and do not associate it with unlawful or disparaging content. We may ask for a link to be removed at any time.
8. Personal data and cookies
The site sets a cookie only if you open a customer account, to keep you signed in there. How we handle your data, the providers involved and your rights are described in the privacy policy.

These terms may be changed at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit. The last update date appears at the top of the page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, write to us first: an amicable solution is sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction; a consumer may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence. For purchases, consumer mediation is described in the terms of sale.
